Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable
  • Once delivered or accessed, cancellations are not permitted

Programs & One-Time Services

(e.g., 30-Day Job Readiness Program)

Refunds may be considered only if all conditions are met:

  • Request made within 24 hours of purchase
  • Valid reason shared via email
  • No content, sessions, or services accessed

Approval remains at the sole discretion of Code At Random.

SaaS Products & Subscriptions

(Including Margdarshak.ai)

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins
  • Users may cancel future renewals as per platform settings
  • Access continues until the end of the active billing period

Free trials (if offered) are governed by trial-specific terms.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds for:

  • Partial usage
  • Change of mind after access
  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
